Working on connection and communication within a relaxed and comfortable embrace is essential in the realm of tango. It involves exploring various rhythms, movements, and proposals that enhance the dance experience for both partners. By delving into different timing structures, dancers deepen their understanding of musicality and develop a more versatile repertoire of movements, fostering a stronger connection on the dance floor.
The workshops will be conducted in couples, in English. You can purchase a single ticket, and the organizer will make every effort to ensure a proper balance of roles. The number of participants is limited to 30 people (15 couples).
Yanina Muzyka & Emmanuel Casal are dancers and teachers with 14 years of experience. After many years of work, study, and research, they have developed a new method of understanding tango through a sensitive and playful approach, preserving the essence of social dancing while updating communication and connection tools through play.
They are the World Champions of the 2021 World Tango Stage Championship, winners of the Carlos Award for Best Dance Couple in 2022, and achieved second place at the 2016 World Tango Stage Championship as well as third place at the Tango World Cup in 2018.
