REGULATIONS

1. The right to participate in individual events and workshops of the Festival is reserved exclusively for individuals who purchase tickets available at the box office of CK Zamek, CIK Poznań, on the gotangofestival.com website, and bilety24.pl.
2. The price list for events and workshops includes only the fee for participation in dance classes. Any other fees such as accommodation, meals, travel expenses, insurance, etc., are the participant’s responsibility.
3. In case of withdrawal from participation, regardless of the reason, after making the payment, it is necessary to find a replacement. Refunds are not possible. In the event of the cancellation of the festival or any of its events or workshops, payments will be refunded in full.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, festival lineup, and workshop schedule. All current information will be available on the website and festival channels on Facebook and Instagram.
5. The number of participants for each Festival event is limited.
6. It is forbidden for third parties who have not paid to participate to observe events and workshops.
7. Purchasing admission tickets to events or workshops is equivalent to giving irrevocable, indefinite consent to the publication and modification of photos or audiovisual materials depicting the participant on the Festival’s websites, the Organizer’s websites, social media accounts, official photographers, and filmmakers of the Festival.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Festival venues.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse reservations and entry to any Festival event at its own discretion, without giving a reason.
10. The Organizer is not liable for accidents during the Festival.
11. The Organizer is not liable for the destruction or loss of participants’ property, nor for damages caused by participants during their stay at the Festival.
12. Recording or otherwise capturing dance classes during the Festival without obtaining written consent from the Organizer or the instructors is prohibited.
13. Applying to participate in the Festival is equivalent to acknowledging and accepting these Regulations.

POLICY PRIVACY

In light of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) (EU Official Journal L119/1), the following elements have been established:

• All data voluntarily provided by you through the gotangofestival.com website or by email to gotangofestival@gmail.com or info@gotangofestival.com (name, surname, email, FB link) are administered by GOTANGO SP. Z O.O. with its registered office at 60-195 Poznań, ul. Jana Brzechwy 18, VAT ID 7792480946 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
• Your data is used for purposes related to the organization of events (reservation, organizational information, data analysis, direct marketing of Company’s own products and services) organized by the Company.
• Data provided to the Company may be transferred to third parties within the European Union and beyond if necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator (accounting firms, airlines, hotels, public authorities to which data are transferred under the law).
• Your data will be processed during the event for which they were provided, and then for a period of 24 months from the end of the event.
• You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict the processing of your consent, and request its transfer to other entities at any time.
• The data provided by you is not and will not be used for profiling.
